Colonial Toy Sites

The colonial toy project is a great way to explore how toys have changed.  The kids in the past have researched and created toys that were used long ago and have enjoyed using them.  It is nice to appreciate the simple life with all the high tech advancements we have today. This is a great family project.  The toy or game is due November 19th.  Have fun!

Friday Folders are filled once again.  Please sign and return the folder and the 2 math papers.  The math message is given each morning to see what the student knows before the lesson.  The math packet (Individual Profile of Progress) is given after the lesson.  If there is an "N" it lets me know to review with the student individually to help them understand.

SS:  color, cut and fold the pilgrim's chest.  Cut and paste or draw and color items that a pilgrim WOULD have packed on their voyage to the New World.  Remember space on the ship was limited.
