Tests tomorrow...

Due to the weather and the upcoming holiday break our math test and science test will be tomorrow.  You had the science information for almost a week and a review took place today.  A math study guide will go home tonight and we reviewed in class today so you shouldn't have any trouble.

Remember:
PERIMETER:  (like a fence) + all 4 sides
AREA: (like grass) count the inside boxes or multiply the top by the side measurement

Lego Expo

A follow up note about the Lego Expo.
A few weeks ago I announced the opportunity for students to get involved in a group or individual project to be done at home.  The students would create an "Olympic" themed Lego display to be presented to other 3rd graders in other schools in this area.  It is not a competition, but rather a chance to share talents with peers in a non-competitive way.  Slips were sent home for those who showed an interest.  Please send in the slip if you plan to take advantage of this cool opportunity so I can let the staff know.

Enjoy

Our math test will be on Thursday, so we can review on Wednesday.  Go play!
