Happy Summer

I hope everyone is enjoying the perfect summer weather!  Don't forget to read Stuart Little and practice math facts.

Tuesday

The kids were given a team color for field day.  Blue or Gold!  Please wear a shirt with that color.  The students should wear a bathing suit( one piece for girls) under their shirts.  Come with sunscreen on, bring a towel and a water bottle with your name on each.  Field day is Friday.  Friday is also the start of our early dismissals.

Thursday

LA:  Read for 20 mins.  Don't forget to work on your book review.

Wednesday

LA:  READ!
MATH: Division

The students have been sharing their knowledge of the wetlands to other classes!

Tuesday

LA:  Read your chapter book.  Don't forget to work on your book review.
MATH:  Division

LAST Book It log!
Find a chapter book to read for 20 mins. each night.  Complete the book review on the back of your Book-It log sheet. 
The summary must be in your own words!!  If you need more room use another piece of paper. 
A summary is short, but covers the main idea of the entire book.  Please be ready to share your book review with the class on June 16th!
